Mk6 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the mk6 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Service
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mk6 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mk6 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The mk6 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. mk6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts that are in breach of this condition.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Mk6 reserves the right to decline registrations without providing a reason.
- Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or shared with any other party.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account comply with Malaysian law. mk6 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
Mk6 Platform Usage Rules
Users agree not to use the mk6 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt mk6's security systems.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity fraud or fictitious transactions.
- Sharing or distributing illegal content through the platform.
- Using another person's account or creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity or operation of the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and mk6 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the mk6 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited come from legitimate sources and belong to them.
Mk6 supports local payment methods including FPX, Boost, and approved credit/debit cards. Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen. For FPX deposits, funds are typically processed instantly.
For fund withdrawals, mk6 will process requests within the stipulated timeframe upon completion of identity verification. mk6 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected.
Users are responsible for any taxes or charges applicable to their winnings under Malaysian law. mk6 does not collect taxes on behalf of users and does not provide tax advice.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Mk6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. mk6's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Mk6 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Any remaining balance in the account will be handled in accordance with mk6's internal procedures.
All content on the mk6 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of mk6. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from mk6.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the mk6 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
